As part of the ManpowerGroup you will be enrolled in a training plan.Whereby you will be taught all you need to know about the world of recruitment.
In your day-to-day role, you will be required to deal with clients face to face, via telephone and MS teams etc, so you must be professional and have excellent communication skills.
A full driving license is a must, so you can visit your clients over the East Anglia area.We are not necessarily looking for recruitment experience (although this would be a benefit).
Being able to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your work successfully is a must.
We also support a culture that never stops learning, attends regular workshops and training as often as you need. There are also a number of different qualifications you can complete.

Salary is 24- 30k depending on experience. OTE 70k+ with uncapped bonus scheme.
