You will collaborate with external teams to maintain accurate radio reporting data, uphold work quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service levels. Measures of Success
In the first few months, success in this role includes:
- Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Establishing relationships with key internal and external parties
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Becoming proficient in all processes and external reporting
- Gaining necessary knowledge of Global Brands
- Showing strong problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and programming teams to create and communicate commercial break templates
- Ensure accurate external reporting within deadlines
- Manage DAX breaks and ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to external partners
- Monitor and report Failed orders promptly
- Resolve any issues with T&T and NL successfully
