Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team in London. As part of our company's modernization efforts, you'll play a key role in maintaining seamless IT operations, including managing our Microsoft 365 environment, implementing new solutions, and providing professional support to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and manage helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
  • Assist in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine system checks and updates on corporate technology assets.
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure and technology stack.
Requirements
  • Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Configuration, deployment, and support of network devices, such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
  • TCP/IP network troubleshooting.
