Position Overview:

As part of our modernization strategy, we are leveraging cloud technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance collaboration, and streamline processes across our offices. In partnership with the IT Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth IT operations. Your responsibilities will include managing our Microsoft 365 environment, aiding in the deployment of new solutions, and delivering prompt and professional support to our end-users, both onsite and remotely.

We prioritize personal engagement and support continuous learning, expecting a proactive approach to acquiring new skills to maintain our infrastructure's security and compliance with industry standards. Our commitment to providing exceptional support to our end-users is paramount, as they serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Deliver first-line technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related challenges. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Incident Management:

Oversee, prioritize, and manage helpdesk requests through our ticketing system, ensuring all incidents are documented, resolved, and closed appropriately.

System Maintenance:

Assist in the upkeep, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals. Conduct routine system checks and updates on corporate technology assets.

Infrastructure Support:

Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including:

  • Wireless networks with radius server.
  • Firewalls.
  • Email Security Gateway Platform.
  • Microsoft 365 (Endpoint Management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business).
  • Endpoint Security Software.
  • General AV equipment (TVs, Monitors, Meeting room cabling) and Printers.

Security:

Assist in upholding and maintaining IT security protocols and policies designed to safeguard company data and systems. Monitor potential security threats across the Microsoft 365 environment and take appropriate action.

Asset Management:

Oversee IT assets, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and user onboarding/offboarding.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the IT Manager to implement and support IT projects and initiatives throughout the organization. Focus areas include Security, Network, and Knowledge Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including AV equipment and peripheral devices.
  • Configuration, deployment, and support of network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
  • TCP/IP network troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred: Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
