Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team in London. As part of our company's modernization efforts, you'll play a key role in maintaining seamless IT operations, including managing our Microsoft 365 environment, implementing new solutions, and providing professional support to our end-users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system checks and updates on corporate technology assets.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure and technology stack.
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Configuration, deployment, and support of network devices, such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
- TCP/IP network troubleshooting.
