You will work intensively with young people, and their families.

This role will require someone who can think reflectively and reflexively, as well as hold and respond appropriately to risk.

This role requires close partnership and locality working and an ability to develop positive working relationships.

Experience of working with young people and an ability to form positive relationships is essential.

We are seeking a creative, innovative, and dynamic practitioner, who has good organisation skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

You will have regular supervision and support within the team and the opportunity to develop close working relationships with other teams within Children and Families.

If you have a strong commitment to achieving better outcomes for children & young people, then we look forward to hearing from you.
