Are you a seasoned professional in customer service or partnerships with exceptional communication and organisational skills? We are looking for someone just like you to join our dynamic team as a Justice Centre Partnership Liaison Officer at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication and collaboration among key partners within the two Warwickshire Justice Centres, including the Police, Probation, His Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Services, the Crown Prosecution Service and Youth Justice Service. Your efforts will ensure the smooth running of local operations through improved practices and problem-solving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing operational practices to streamline processes.
  • Facilitating effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Producing and presenting essential documents and reports.
  • Providing top-notch administrative support.
  • Managing Health and Safety compliance checks for the two Justice Centres.

    What We're Looking For:
    • A Level 3 qualification (A Level, NVQ, or equivalent) or relevant experience.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with Justice Centre operations is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel frequently between Leamington Justice Centre, Nuneaton Justice Centre, and Warwickshire Police Headquarters.
