Sales Manager (Hybrid)
Our client, a rapidly expanding and ambitious company in the e-commerce and FMCG space, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Sales Manager.
In this role, you will manage a team and work with some of the biggest brands, generating and dealing with incoming sales.
The role is hybrid, with one day working in their office in Thame and 4 days working from home.The role will also include some travel to their other offices in Nottingham, Oxford and Lincolnshire alongside client trips, typically in London.
The role will include £50k basic salary, with an extra £50k in bonuses (£100k OTE) alongside a benefits package.The Role
- Generating new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from generating leads, demonstrating the product, negotiation and closing (including cold calls)
- Managing campaigns with prospective clients
- Building a pipeline to deliver against KPI's
- Attending events in the UK and abroad to network
- Managing, coaching and displaying leadership qualities to the team
- Ideally 7 years + experience in a sales role (Ecommerce and FMCG knowledge is highly desirable)
- Proven track record of managing a team and assisting them to reach their targets
- Excellent sales/pitching skills built on retention and repeated business
- Entrepreneural spirt
- Ability and happy to work towards KPI's
- CRM knowledge
- Driving Licence is essential
The Benefits
Flexible working is on offer, with one day working in their office in Thame and 4 days working from home apart from the initial 2 weeks which will be completely office based which includes training with the Director.
Other benefits include 25 days holiday (excluding banks), pension's scheme, career progression and they are happy to consider further benefits down the line.
