We're seeking an Sales Operations Executive to join our *Shopt team in our Thame office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team, in a varied role that has lots of room to grow The *shopt app is now in its 6th year and we have ambitious growth targets for our app users in 2024

This role is to support the client sales team by providing administrative support allowing more of their time to focus on client conversations, new business, and creativity around their planning activity. Up to £27,000 DOE PA depending on experience, Bupa healthcare, generous holiday allowance.

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the client account managers and the briefing templates ensure all relevant. offers/surveys/homepage and competition are created and then shared with the operations. executive to support the upload process onto *shopt accurately and in line with SLA. Pro-active approach to identifying areas of continuous improvement to enhance the end user. experience, support the client account managers in order to drive effective and efficient ways of working and reduce any duplication of tasks undertaken by the Operations team. Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and suppliers. Completion of administration tasks as directed by Operations Manager that fall within the Operations Administrator role. Other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of the role e.g. testing new features and app updates.
