Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

  • Handle the job offer process and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Generate insightful reports on recruitment and diversity for management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate our familyoriented values of trust, respect and collaboration.
  • Sparring with the Dutch recruitment team for further improvements
  • Actively contribute to employee retention and a happy work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment or HR Administrator.
  • A good understanding of employment legislation relating to recruitment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to write advertisements, job descriptions, and market jobs effectively.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters sensitively.
  • Proactive and able to show initiative.
  • A welcoming and warm personality.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
