I'm currently looking to recruit a Director of Sales on behalf of my client, a prestigious and iconic luxury hotel in London.

Provide leadership for the sales team, managing key accounts and partnerships.

  • Set revenue and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Utilize sales and commercial systems effectively (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
  • Produce monthly sales reports and analyze competitor performance.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the sales team to create an empowered environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Manage and develop key hotel sales accounts.
  • Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, client entertainment, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales offices and other hotel sales teams to maximize crossselling opportunities.
  • Minimum 3 years in upscale or luxury hospitality field.
  • Team management experience.
  • Preexisting skills in hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi Sales & Catering, Salesforce, etc.).
