In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key national accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Your strategic insights and dedication will help them to continue to deliver exceptional products and services to their valued customers.
A love for beauty and the fast paced UK retail environment is welcomed.Build strong relationships with existing retailers through regular communication and meetings delivering compelling rationale supporting proposals.
# Proactively initiate and develop effective working relationships with key decision makers in retail and distribution partners across all commercial areas including Buying, Supply, and Marketing.
# Lead account planning to optimise product assortments, in store exposure and trade marketing support delivering against annual sales and investment targets.
# Oversee the creation of engaging, insightful retailer presentations to maximise sales opportunities and develop long-term relationships.
# Work with internal brand and marketing teams to deliver marketing and NPD programmes in line with achieving growth targets, measuring effectiveness of each campaign.
Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the beauty and personal care industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
