We are recruiting x2 part time positions:
21 hours x3 days over 7 working days
28 hours x4 days over 7 workings day
Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis

Are you:

The role:
- Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
- Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
- Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
- In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) ensure the best possible quality of life and make every moment count for children and families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Our family-centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, care at end of life, bereavement support, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.
In 2020, all three of our hospices; The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission.
We have a talented workforce of staff and volunteers in Care, Fundraising, Retail, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing & Communications and Human Resources.
We employ around 400 employees and have more than 1,800 volunteers across the organisation, including 49 shops and a Retail Distribution Centre.
