As a key member of our Partnerships team, the Schools & Colleges Partnerships Lead will drive the growth of our premium products within the secondary & FE sector, domestically and on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Devising and implementing strategies to grow the number of schools and college accounts
  • Driving your team to increase account value, while never compromising on delivering outstanding service to clients
  • Managing your forecasting, budgeting and analysing key metrics
Strategically growing our presence within the international school market

  • Recruiting, nurturing and developing an exceptional partnerships team
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to create opportunities
  • Strategically develop business with school groups and MATs

Experience

  • Outstanding sales & partnerships record
  • Experience selling to the education market internationally
  • Experience successfully scaling sales & partnerships teams across multiple territories

Knowledge

  • Indepth knowledge of UK education system
  • Forecasting, budgeting and KPI analysis

Skills

  • Selfstarter, resultsorientated, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent attention to detail, and a trackrecord of driving high standards across their team
  • Must be a strong communicator and be able to articulate ideas effectively and build relationships, internally and externally
