It will also involve numerous basic business procedures like booking in and taking payments as well as improving business performance and client interactions.


In your day-to-day role, you will carry out:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Filing
  • Organising/uploading online files
  • Inputting information/data into Excel documents
  • Greeting visitors
  • Updating noticeboards
  • Booking clients in
  • Updating social media
Appraisals will be every month for the first year then every 3 months every year after.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?


Your apprenticeship training will be a full work-based learning programme across 18 months Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will achieve a level 3 qualification in business administration.


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
