We are seeking qualified staff with experience in the theatre environment who possess energy, enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality, patient-focused care through effective management of resources.
- Provide leadership and act as a role model within the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain a safe environment for all patients during surgical procedures.
- Supervise and support both qualified and unqualified staff.
- Advocate for patients throughout the theatre process.
