The ideal candidate for the Account Executive position should have a strong office/administrative background. With a remarkable account/client base, this company is a key player in producing corporate branded products. They seek a professional who can manage customer accounts and follow up on email and telephone inquiries, including incoming warm leads. You will work in an open plan office alongside up to 4 team members and, occasionally, an office dog. **The successful Account Executive will:** - Have at least 1 year of office/admin experience
  • Ideal candidate must be local to Ringwood or have Transport
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills
  • Possess good computer literacy
  • Have excellent written English
  • Exhibit good telephone etiquette
  • Have used a CRM system or a similar tool (training will be provided)
  • Be flexible and proactive in their approach
Using the CRM system to create quotes and track actions/follow-ups
  • Communicate with clients' buyers via telephone to establish strong relationships
  • Follow up on quotes sent out through general account management and ensure accurate documentation of communications and updates
  • Maintain clear communication with the production team in the UK and overseas office regarding orders and progress
  • Perform general data entry, ensuring accurate notes are recorded on the CRM
  • Follow up on telephone/email inquiries from new and existing customers
