Ealing Intermediate Care service has an exciting role within the local management team for an enthusiastic and motivated Modern Matron experience of working within a multiple disciplinary team at a senior level to provide daily operational leadership in line with the agreed service.

Your main role will be to provide sound clinical and operational support. Main duties of the job
  • To provide clinically excellent leadership across IC and develop peer network across ECP, WLT and CNWL.
  • To contribute to development of the therapy pathways across IC, ECP and NWL.
  • To ensure the successful implementation and roll out of the therapy pathway and the Quality Improvement Programme.
  • To work closely with the MDT in providing seamless care across departments and professions
  • To be responsible and accountable for patient flow and service delivery across the therapy pathway
