About the position

LTF Recruitment is collaborating with an exceptional SEMH in Nottingham. This school caters to students with SEMH needs, requiring support for various complex needs. They are in search of a learning support mentor to join their skilled team. Your responsibilities will include working individually and in small groups, creating and implementing personalized learning programs, and supporting the class teacher. You will play a key role in promoting good attendance, engaging with external agencies, and contributing to student progress data.
