Teach195. are looking to recruit passionate and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to work within a large primary school in Nottingham City. The school are looking to seek an experienced Learning Mentor to work full time for the summer term supporting within their SEND unit. The role will involve supporting in the unit, working with children with SEMH, Autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
This is a good primary school, with a friendly and supportive staffing team and a strong leadership team with a clear vision for the school.

**What do you need to be considered for this Teaching Assistant post?**
- The ability to engage with children of all ages and abilities
- Collaborate with school staff regarding progress and learning.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Have good behaviour management skills and adapt quickly to different school environments.
- 1 year of experience working with primary school-aged children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to support young learners' academic and personal development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
