About us:

The role:


Our service at Middlesbrough works with a caseload of high needs clients who have slept rough, and have been supported into their tenancies.

We are looking for a
Support and Housing Management Worker to join us to deliver support to this caseload of clients on an ongoing basis.


You will carry out a range of support, housing management and administration duties in order to assist the clients to sustain their tenancies.


You will also work on a full-time (37.5 hour per hour), permanent basis supporting the clients to manage their finances and access a range of services and community facilities to meet their needs.

About you
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.

  • A commitment to the ethos and values of Depaul including the organisation's values, policies and procedures
  • Able to work on own initiative but at same time able to exercise sound judgement in knowing when to consult with peers and clients to meet the service KPI's
  • A clear understanding and ability to implement risk management, information sharing and data security arrangements.
