We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an established and expanding company based In St Columb.

This role is ideally being offered as an immediate start for around 6 months within a HR department.

30 hours a week, which can be worked over 4 days ( 7.5 hours) - or 5 shorter days.


My client can also offer hybrid working on a Wednesday and Friday each week depending on business needs once fully trained up.

This role is paying between £ £12.50 per an hour depending on experience.

Key Duties to include:

  • Administrative support for all company recruitment, including advertising, liaison with agencies, arranging interviews and follow up correspondence
  • Onboarding support, scheduling inductions, communications with managers, IT and other departments to support the rollout of onboarding program
  • Daily stock replenishment of kitchen drinks and snacks, stationary and amenities
  • Supporting and planning the roll our of wellbeing programs
  • Updating staff photo organisational charts
  • Administrative support for all employee, to include new starters, leavers, promotions, job changes and change of hours elc.
  • Booking meeting rooms and diary management and calendrer invites
  • General ad hoc admin duties
  • Help coordinate performance reviews
  • Support coordination of regular site maintenance checks, arrange repairs or remedial works

Requirements:

  • 1 + years previous experience in an officebased admin/ HR/ recruitment role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive and handson approach, stimulated by working in a fastpaced office environment
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with a diversity of people is essential
  • Strong team player with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and familiar with always maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information
  • Excellent computer literacy to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel and use of inhouse systems
