Working for Scottish Qualifications Authority at Shawfair, the location is easily accessible from Midlothian and Edinburgh with free parking/ bus station - only 20 minutes from City Centre.
You will be part of a team who will provide administrative support for the coming exam period.Start date:
ASAP
Contract Length: June 2023 initially
Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)
Location: Shawfair EH22 1FD
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday 1pm9pm
Main Duties - Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and to ensure compliance with documented processes
- Data entry: create and maintain records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is uptodate, easy to access and accurate
- Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures
- Provide high levels of customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly, accurately and following guidelines
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work in a secure area with highly confidential materials
- Strong IT skills Word/Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
