We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.

• Respond to roadside breakdowns and provide technical assistance to our members
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure our members are back on the road safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide reassurance and explain repair options
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
• A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
