- Manage a varied caseload of Stress at Work claims, with potential involvement in other psychiatric illness matters.
- Handle complex multitrack personal injury cases stemming from stress at work, under supervision.
- Undertake feeearning tasks, contributing to the firm's profitability
Essential Experience:
- Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years' feeearning experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in litigated personal injury cases, including Industrial Disease and/or Clinical Negligence
Desired Experience:
- Familiarity with Employment Tribunal cases or a solid understanding of employment law.
- Experience working with vulnerable clients.
- Proficiency in using the Proclaim case management system
