CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)


The role of
Customer Service Advisor sits in our spectacular Customer Service department where you will provide a first-class experience to our customers by assisting with a variety of queries.

You'll provide information about our products and services, supporting customers through their online ordering journey and assisting them with any pre and post order queries.


  • Day to day as a _

Customer Service Advisor:
_

  • Provide first class, first time customer service and aftercare
  • Taking ownership of customer contact, solving issues at first point of contact
  • To process a variety of administrative tasks relating to customer orders and returns
  • To take ownership of deciding the best course of action and escalating when required
  • To handle customer data ethically and in accordance with GDPR
  • Working from home, your shift pattern would be between the hours of 8am and 6pm with one in three weekend working

  • Confident communicator written and verbal, reflecting the tone of the customer and situation
  • Ability to work at pace and to deadlines
  • Ability to adopt new ways of working and new initiatives as they are implemented
  • High level of accuracy with attention to detail
