Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service/Operational Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a high level of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the coordination of operational activities to maintain efficient business processes
  • Support the Sales Director and sales team in reaching their goals
  • Process orders, manage customer accounts, and handle billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Implement new processes and procedures to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining and creating KPI spreadsheets, record-keeping, data management, and scheduling production and work patterns
  • Get involved with human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Utilize Sage50 software for order input, invoices, and credits, stock tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and clearance agencies to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Sage50 or similar accounting software is preferred
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
