- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining and creating KPI spreadsheets, record-keeping, data management, and scheduling production and work patterns
- Get involved with human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Utilize Sage50 software for order input, invoices, and credits, stock tracking, and reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and clearance agencies to ensure timely deliveries
- Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Sage50 or similar accounting software is preferred
