About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team, where you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from first-time buyers to experienced homeowners. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for advising on and arranging residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as providing expert guidance on award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
- Deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
- Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as provide expert guidance on award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
- Work with and provide feedback to the residential team in respect of progress to leads provided.
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
- Positive and resilient attitude.
- Naturally driven to reach and exceed your goals.
- Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Numerate and detail-conscious.
