Customer Service Advisor

Hours of Work: 37 per weeknLocation: NewrynReports to: Customer Service Manager NewrynPension: 4% Company ContributionnHealthcare Cover for EmployeenHolidays: 32 per year


Main Responsibilities and DutiesnWorking in tandem with our external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained.

You will be responsible for processing a large volume of orders, dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.nYou will work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets.

This is a fast paced role suitable for someone motivated to deliver results.nYou must be a good communicator and someone who is able to prioritise workload.

Essential CriterianPrevious experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales rolenPrevious experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mailnThe ability to work in a team as well as individuallynSound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft ExcelnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnGood attention to detailnThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesnSound decision makingnWilling to travel to our offices in St Neots, Derby, Liverpool and Belgium for trainingnHave a proactive approach to work and look to embrace Unilin Values

Desirable CriterianPrevious experience in a similar rolenIT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAPnQualification in Business, Customer Services or IT
