We're looking for an exceptional Physiotherapy First Contact Practitioner (FCP), and we want to hear from you We're a successful Trust with a strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of clinical quality, patient care and staff experience.

The key to our success is simple: our people. Their experience, knowledge, passion and ideas are our greatest resource. Your job will be to deliver the FCP role, working with our system partners to ensure our patients receive timely and expert musculoskeletal assessment and access appropriate pathway driven care.

With your clinical experience and expertise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, together with your energy and commitment to our public service, you'll be able to make a huge difference.

At the heart of this role is providing specialised MSK physiotherapy assessment and identifying appropriate treatment pathways for our patients, including working collaboratively with our system partners, developing and implementing the plans, procedures and governance to contribute to the system wide Musculoskeletal Service.

We're not shy about celebrating our people at the Trust and taking them with us on our collaborative, system working journey.

So, we want you to lead in developing the FCP role at our Trust.

Here's a message from Sharon Wood, one of our SPDL's, who will be your line manager: "If your extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, expertise and motivation can help us work with our system partners to deliver the excellent FCP Physiotherapy service our patients deserve, come and join us I'd love to welcome you in our team.

"

We provide a full range of district general services including urgent and emergency care, specialist children's services, maternity and community midwifery.

We also offer primary care through three GP practices with eight surgeries between them. Our vision is exceptional care provided by exceptional people. Our mission is to bring our people, communities and partners together
- providing patient care we can all be proud of. Your energy and leadership will be critical to our success.

We are firmly rooted in the founding principles of the NHS, and we have built on this by "Leading the Chesterfield Way", and with our Proud to CARE values.

This means leading with care, openness, integrity and embedding an inclusive culture.

We know that people have a life and responsibilities outside of work and we offer flexibility and a whole raft of support to care for your physical and mental wellbeing.

This role is hugely important to us and we look forward to hearing from you.
