Regional Operations Executive – easyJet holidays

The easyJet holidays Customer & Operations Team is at the heart of our business, with responsibility for ensuring our customers have brilliant experiences when holidaying with us. The team has ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, setting the right customer policies and ensuring the overall operational delivery is what our customers expect and deserve. Working cross-functionally, the team is driving continuous improvements in customer experience, representing the voice of our customers across all parts of the business. We're now looking for a Regional Operations Executive to support our Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) help ensure our partners deliver the best possible experience for our customers whilst they're on holiday.

This is an exciting opportunity allowing you to provide world class service to our customers by supporting in the management of our in-destination operations and processes that drive the customer experience – both directly and those through our carefully selected partners. You will be part of our Customer and Operations team, supporting training and monitoring our service delivery from arrival in destination airport through to departure. The scope includes incident management, quality assurance and contractual processes (including but not limited to Destination Management Companies, hotel partners, transfer providers, bed banks and other service providers).

What you'll bring to the team:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be dedicated to customer satisfaction and delivering high levels of customer experience. You'll have experience of participating in difficult conversations with suppliers, be able to contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, and have confidence dealing with stressful situations and conflict, with a passion for service recovery.

We'd love it if you also have experience of crisis management, emergency response, and/or contingency planning, as well as Project Management experience with excellent planning and organisation skills.

Other skills that would suit a Regional Operations Executive are proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise your workload, effective communications skills and a confident presenter.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week, typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
