Interim Regional Site Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Regional Site Facilities Manager to join our team at 1st Executive Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate Operations Organisation, you will play a critical role in supporting business strategy and growth drivers across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with site leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with regional and Corporate Operations partners to deliver a range of Corporate Operations services, including Security, Environmental Health & Safety, Workplace Design and Planning, Employee Experience, and Real Estate and Leasing.
  • Develop and implement 3-year site strategic plans based on headcount, usage forecasts, and lease events.
  • Implement the user experience strategy in sites in partnership with stakeholders to enhance the overall on-site experience for both workforce and visitors.
  • Collaborate with wider functions, including Real Estate, EH&S, and Corporate Security, to map out activities and key decision points.
  • In partnership with the Supplier Relationship Manager, implement the Regional IFM strategy.
  • Effectively manage site and regional budgets.
  • Provide management oversight of environmental, health & safety, security, and key vendor relationships for the region.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Intrinsic motivation for operational excellence and resilience in meeting new and emerging challenges and leading significant change.
  • Experience working in complex environments and ability to navigate across multiple business areas while managing complex interdependencies.
  • Experience managing high levels of change at a fast pace.
  • A proactive and autonomous problem solver with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to influence across the business at all levels.
  • Experience working in a role where failure could significantly impair business operations.
  • Previous experience delivering workplace transformation, sustainability, and User Experience projects.
