Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Hexagon Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including retail parks and business estates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Assist with the management of service charge budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in the property management sector.
  • Management of a similar, mixed-use, multi-site portfolio.
  • Familiarity with setting service charge budgets.
  • Relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
