Job Summary

As a Regional Facilities Manager at CBRE, you will oversee the management of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all aspects of building operations, providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  • Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  • Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Facility Management certification preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
