Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facility repairs and maintenance, including coordinating with technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, and conduct performance evaluations and coaching
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues
  • Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports
  • Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations
  • Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Facility Management certification preferred
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
