Regional Facilities Manager Opportunity

Anderselite Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join their team. This permanent opportunity will involve overseeing a team of Building and Facilities Managers working on various sites and buildings throughout London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for line management, identifying and acting upon new business opportunities, and leading the team to deliver high standards of service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and inspiring the team to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinating operational day-to-day aspects of direct report Facilities and Building Managers
  • Managing contractors, site Health and Safety, reporting, and compliance with risk management practices
  • Providing advice and support to Facilities Managers and Building Managers
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification and proven track record in Facilities Management
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small team
  • Experience in leading a team, including recruitment, performance management, and appraisals

This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to work from home or the office, with a focus on managing your own diary to include meetings with the team on site.
