You will be joining an established organisation which places the service user at the heart of everything they do. This organisation is focused on supporting vulnerable people in the community. This organisation primarily supports service users are whose liveshave been held back by a range of social deprivation.

Your new role

  • The Project Manager will support RISE's Deputy Service Manager and Service Manager and WWZ team in the delivery and development of the Women's Wellness Zone.
  • The Service will provide a range of recovery focused interventions, harm minimisation services, medically assisted recovery including community and inpatient detox, criminal justice interventions, drug & alcohol misuse support, DV/DA, mental health supportvia CAPE to Women in Ealing to help them reach their goals, improve their wellbeing and place in society.
  • Your remit is to create an ambitious recovery focused culture.
  • You will need to be able to provide a constant stimulus for improving and innovating current service, promoting, and developing its presence within the community and with partnership agencies. In addition, you will be expected to create and facilitate alearning culture for the team.
  • You will have strong, evidencebased leadership and culture change skills, ensuring high quality services are delivered consistently that adhere to best practice guidelines.
  • You will lead a diverse team of staff and have direct linemanagement / supervisory responsibilities for a range of posts.
  • You will be responsible for addressing performance issues to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved.
  • You will be required to ensure that client data is recorded accurately and produce reports in a timely manner in order that the service meets contractual, administrative, and financial requirements.
  • Lead on the development and delivery of the Women's Wellness Zone to provide easily accessible, nonjudgemental, and confidential services, which support service users in working to towards the goal of recovery.
  • To lead on all treatment interventions in relation to the staff team working alongside the Clinicians and operational Services Manager / Deputy Service Manager.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the service, including overall management of the staff team, sessional workers and volunteers/peer mentors, so that the service is run efficiently and effectively, making the best possible use of financial and humanresources.
  • Ensure all aspects of premises management, risk, CQC and Audit are addressed and compliant, in conjunction with Services Manager / Deputy Service Manager and Facilities management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Considerable experience of working at a management level within substance misuse services with a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services:
  • A demonstrable understanding of performance, effective governance, and quality management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the possible recovery pathways available across whole treatment and recovery systems including community, residential and prison provision.
  • Experience of managing project development Experience of working within contracts, service agreements and service delivery systems
  • Experience of effective and regular staff supervision and appraisal Welldeveloped leadership skills
