As a Complex Needs Project Worker, you will be working in our Camden Women's Recovery Service hostel providing specialist interventions for a designated caseload and to the wider client group, via our in-house recovery programme.
Your role will be working intensively with the residents on their support needs, adopting a trauma-informed approach to establish working relationships with those who may be more difficult to reach.
You will work to establish a culture of co-production where residents are at the forefront of the work that is carried out, helping to promote autonomy and build individual confidence and interpersonal skills.
The rota for the post is earlies (8 am - 4 pm) and lates (2.30 pm - 10.30 pm).
