Job Opportunity at Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Hammersmith and Fulham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a female client with cerebral palsy, requiring a high level of support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including catheter management and feeding
  • Administer medications as required
  • Support the client with daily activities and provide reassurance when needed
  • Communicate effectively with the client and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare fresh food and maintain a clean and safe environment
