  • Develop contingency plan with GM and business leaders.
  • Ensure appropriate legal and regulatory compliance, code of conduct.
Promulgate employee work rules in compliance with the local labor law revisions.
  • Manage HR risk elements and take lead on employeerelation issues.
  • Develop HR team.

  • Proven experience in senior HR roles in multi national, complex business environments
  • Experience toserve "retail business / organization" is desirable.
- Ability to maintain trustful and effective relationship with external professionals (ex. lawyer, social insurance advisor, industrial doctor, building vendors, etc.) - A thoughtful, strategic thinker whois hands-on and able to implement and execute with excellence - Experience and knowledge of Japan legislation and policies, including first-hand knowledge of best practices with a track record of implementing successful initiatives - An individual who is comfortableoperating at the highest levels as a strategic advisor with a point of view, rather than an "order taker" - You challenge and can influence across a variety of stakeholders using your exceptional communication skills - Flexible, resilient, adaptable and comfortablewith ambiguity YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES - Great leadership and relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork - You will be a proud custodian to our DM's culture, embodying what we stand for and encouraging others to do the same
