Civitas Charity Recruitment are delighted to be working with a central London Diocese involved in a range of projects assisting the local communities from poverty alleviation and social welfare improvement .

An exciting opportunity exists for a Fundraising Officer to join the team.

As Fundraising Officer, you will work closely with the Trusts Fundraising Manager to drive grants income growth and develop and implement fundraising strategies to maximise income from Trusts and Foundations.

You will also have exposure to a wide range of fundraising streams including appeals. This is a full-time, permanent role located in Central London. Hybrid working (2 days from home) in Central London.

We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills with great project management experience.

You will work closely with the Trust Fundraising manager to develop compelling written applications for asks and build a network and pipeline.

Previous Trust Fundraising experience is not essential for this role.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with fundraising CRM systems e.g., You will be able to prepare and maintain detailed reports on projects, including key performance indicators, income and expenditure budgets.

Experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies for trusts, foundations or corporate donors would also be a bonus.
