Job Description

  • Post Title: Support Worker (Early Learning & Childcare)
  • Location: Cradlehall Primary School, Inverness
  • Hours: 30 Hours Per Week
  • Duration: Fixed Term Until 02 February
  • Salary: £16, - £17, per annum

Salary placement will generally be at the initial point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To contribute as a valuable member of the childcare team, assisting the Head Teacher in providing a variety of engaging activities in a secure setting that meet the requirements of both children and their families, following Highland Council policies and guidelines.

It is mandatory for all staff engaged in early years services to register with SSSC and pursue accredited training. Council protocol mandates that all staff entering employment with the Council commit to undergoing such training in the future.
