  • Coordinate vehicle pickup and dropoff schedules
  • Inspect rental vehicles for damages and ensure they are clean and ready for use
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other administrative software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer issues with professionalism
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Data entry skills are a plus
