PART TIME - ROOM ATTENDANT


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented, Room Attendant to join our Hospitality Team to work between 10:30 and 14:30 across a 7 day rota with availability to cover weekday and weekend shifts as/when required.


This is a 7 day rota with weekend availability required.


As a Room Attendant/housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients guests have a clean and comfortable stay at their hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality room and public areas are clean & tidy: You will work as part of the housekeeping team but independently to ensure all assigned bedrooms and public areas are turned around and cleaned to the highest standard. This will include full restock of all in room guest amenities. You will be asked to conduct thorough deep cleans on occasion.
  • Ensure a safe environment for our Clients guests: You will maintain and check all equipment regularly and report any defects. Ensure all equipment and chemicals are used correctly as per manufacturer instructions.
  • Create a clean & hygienic environment: As required, clean all public toilets, bar & restaurant areas, empty bins and conduct litter picking.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
  • Ability to use Mobile Phone Applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
