Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant[s]/Housekeeper[s] to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant/housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients guests have a clean and comfortable stay at their hotel. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and in good condition
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to make designs out of towels is highly desired.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Please note, all of our roles are classed as employed [PAYE].
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 15 per week
