About the role

  • Support to find appropriate housing where necessary and assistance to move on and provide resettlement activity.
  • Deliver one to one support to tenants in a way that promotes independence and manage and coordinate ongoing cases of long term crisis

About you

  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Experience of giving support to vulnerable adults
  • Knowledge of welfare benefits to be able to provide specialist welfare advice
  • Ability to motivate and develop others and promote positive working relationships, good leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritise own work, manage competing priorities and have good organisational skills
