About the Role


We're looking for
two** numerically minded interns to join us for a 10-week internship, bringing fresh ideas and energy to our growing Commercial team.


In return, we'll give you the opportunity to get hands on experience across marketing, partnerships, customer engagement and proposition development, making a meaningful contribution to our ambitious growth plans, driving benefits to our customers and our partners.


We've got two opportunities within our Commercial team, responsible for delivering exciting projects alongside getting stuck in to the day-to-day activity.


1. Marketing - Social Media and Content - supporting our own-branded and partner marketing teams to develop our strategy across key channels, dreaming up and producing new content for both customers and new applicants alike

Core objectives of the Marketing programme
You'll deliver a brand new social media strategy, refreshed content plan and clear guidance on content creation by the end of your time with us, having already put it into action

2. Customer Engagement - our existing customer management team are always striving to create the best lifecycle strategies for customers across all our different credit card portfolios.

Core objectives of the Customer Engagement programme

  • We'll need you to get under the skin of how customers are using their credit card. You'll need to assess our performance data to identify any customer trends or behaviours
  • You'll be responsible for creating a campaign proposal to encourage a particular customer behaviour; this could be getting customers to spend on our credit card or encouraging them to set up a Direct Debit to pay their bill
  • You'll learn how to use our Customer Relationship Management tool Braze, to select who you want to contact and send your campaign direct to our customer base

About you


You're currently an undergraduate or masters student, or have recently graduated, with a keen interest in customer marketing and engagement, a love of problem solving, and a clear communicator - both written and verbal.

We don't mind what field you've studied in - as long as you're looking to get involved and keep an open mind.


You must have the right to work in the UK, and be able to commute to our London office at least 3 days a week, comfortable working remotely on other days.
