They are now looking for an Office & Logistics Coordinator to join their new team in Exeter.

Description
The main duties and responsibilities of this Office & Logistics Coordinator role include

  • Planning and allocating of vacuum hires, operators and wagons in liaison with Sales Team on daily basis.
  • Checking locations, availability, job duration and drivers hours for planning and hotel booking purposes.
  • Overseeing potential issues and resolve in timely manner.
  • Ensuring that planning tracker and Drive App are continuously updated and accurate.
  • Ordering stationary supplies.
  • Providing PPE to operators.
  • Updating operatives via driver app / text with accommodation information.
  • Liaising with operators, HSE Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, HR Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Overseeing general office duties, document preparation and data entry.
  • Being part of out of hours on call rotated between staff.
