About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DHL Exeter. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of parcels through our depot.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage fleet administration, including communication with drivers and customers
* Handle day-to-day operational issues that arise
* Scan parcels and paperwork, and chase missing invoices
* Input data and manage the reception desk

Requirements:

* Good attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
* Strong time management skills
