An exceptional technology development company is in search of a Business Development Lead to assist in expanding their innovative drug delivery medical device client base. As the Business Development Lead, you will collaborate with ambitious companies on projects that are revolutionizing global healthcare by bringing groundbreaking ideas to life.
- Seeking a sales professional with a strong technical background who has evolved into Business Development.
- Engage with clients' technical teams and utilize commercial skills to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
- Understanding of the health tech market, especially in drug delivery and similar medical devices.
- Identify new business opportunities, explore markets, and develop solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Experience in Technical Project Leadership/Consultancy is beneficial.
Requirements:
- Passion for innovative medical device technology, especially in drug delivery.
- Solid academic background in Engineering or related scientific fields.
- Recent sales experience in the medical device sector with a network of potential clients.
- Preferably some project management skills to assess resources needed for development.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
